She has built and led expansive HR departments, guided organizations through reductions in force and large-scale restructuring, and consistently aligned the HR function with organizational strategy across multiple industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality. Talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations, she has lived in all of it, at the highest levels, when the stakes were real.
